Media Manager has been fixed and will now show the correct status for uploaded files.

We've identified an issue with uploads to Media Manager, where it looks like files are getting stuck uploaded.

Files are still being uploading, but you will need to refresh the page after some time to see it added.

We're currently investigating why it isn't updating in real time with confirmation of your files being uploaded.
