23-24 December: Open as normal 25-26 Dec: Emergency support only 27 Dec: Open as normal 28-29 Dec: Emergency support only 30-31 Dec: Open as normal 1 January: Emergency support only 2 Jan onwards: Open as normal
You can still email us at support@aiir.com at any time, but messages may not be responded to until our regular support hours resume.
PlayoutONE Pro stations which are currently off-air can request a call from our on-call support team by calling us on the usual number. (Check out the 'Emergencies' page at the top of our support site if you need a reminder).
