Investigating
We've been made aware of an issue loading front-end websites using the root domain, without including 'www'. Our team are investigating this as a matter of urgency and aim to get it resolved as soon as possible.
Customers using Cloudflare or other DNS tools to redirect non-www traffic or connections to the www subdomain directly load as normal.
