An error occurred while processing a routine operation, which resulted in the Aiir platform being unavailable for around an hour between 5:30 and 6:30 UTC.
Platform-wide issues are a rarity for Aiir, and we appreciate the significant disruption they can cause. We are really sorry this happened, have fixed the issue, and are working to prevent anything similar from happening in future.
