The disruption was caused by a network incident at an upstream cloud provider, used by our streaming service. They say it began at 13:23 UTC and they declared it resolved at 13:40 UTC. They are continuing to monitor the situation. We're sorry once again for any inconvenience this caused today.

We are aware of a disruption to our streaming service within the last hour. We're sorry to anyone affected by this and any inconvenience it may have caused. We don't yet have the full picture, but we're working with our partners and colleagues to understand the extent of the issue and the root cause.
